Crop Camera Image
The cropping feature in ANSVIS allows you to define and focus on specific areas within the camera’s field of view. By cropping the image to only the desired region, the server can optimize resource usage and increase inference speed. This is achieved by processing a smaller portion of the image instead of analyzing the entire frame, leading to more efficient and faster AI operations.
To use this feature, in the camera detail page:
- Select Edit Cropping from the Cropping drop-down list
- Use the virtual box to select your monitored area
- Click Enable Cropping to apply the changes
- Click Save to finish
Once completed, the image source will be your cropped area. You can modify it by selecting Edit Cropping, reset to the full image by selecting No Cropping, and Enable Cropping again
What is active debug logging?
The active debug logging feature will constantly log the camera’s information for later
troubleshooting. If there’s no need for troubleshooting, uncheck the option to improve camera
