Update new ANSVIS Version

There are two methods to update the latest ANSVIS Client and ANSVIS Server versions

Option 1: Download from Web Portal

You can download and install the latest versions of ANSVIS Client and ANSVIS Server from the Web Portal

Go to Products> AI Deployment Tools > ANSVIS

  • ANSVIS Server can be downloaded using the download button
  • ANSVIS Client can be downloaded via the hyperlink in What's new section

Option 2:  Auto-update from ANSVIS Client Interface

The ANSVIS Client has a built-in feature to check for the latest version and install it on the target device.

From the ANSVIS Client, go to Setting>Check for Update. 

The Check ANSVIS Versions dialog will be displayed. It will show the current server information, including its installed version and the latest available version. 

If a newer version is available:

Update ANSVIS Client: Press Download Client to download the latest Client installer to your PC and install it manually.

Update ANSVIS Server: Press Upgrade Server, the current server will automatically download and install the latest version

  • During the server downloading process, a downloading dialog will appear. You can close this dialog and continue to interact with the server

  • Once the downloading is completed, the server will start installing the new version. You will be disconnected from the server until it finishes upgrading.

 

Note:

If there are any issues, you can manually uninstall the current installer from Windows and perform a clean installation instead
